Track Your Myco Max Order
Thank you for ordering Myco Max! Here is how to check where your package is. Once your order ships, you will get an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package.
How to Track Your Order
Step 1: Check Your Email
After you place your order, you should get:
- Order Confirmation Email: Sent right after you buy, with your order number and receipt
- Shipping Email: Sent when your order leaves the warehouse, with your tracking number and carrier info
Make sure to check your spam or junk folder too, since the emails come from BuyGoods (our retail partner).
Step 2: Check With BuyGoods
All Myco Max orders ship through BuyGoods. You can check your order status on their site:

Visit www.buygoods.com/contact to check on your order. Have your order number or email address ready for faster help.
Step 3: Track With the Carrier
Once you have your tracking number, you can also check your package on the carrier's website:
- USPS: USPS Tracking
- UPS: UPS Tracking
- FedEx: FedEx Tracking
- DHL: DHL Tracking
Shipping Times
- Processing: Most orders ship within 1-2 business days
- U.S. Delivery: Usually arrives in 5-7 business days
- International: 10-15 business days (times may vary by location)
- Free Shipping: Available on select multi-bottle packages
Shipping Questions
Q: I did not get a tracking number yet. What do I do?
Tracking numbers are usually sent within 1-2 business days after you order. Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still do not see it after 48 hours, contact our support team or reach out to BuyGoods.
Q: My tracking has not changed. Is my order still coming?
Yes — it is normal for tracking info to take 24-48 hours to update after the label is made. If nothing changes after 72 hours, please contact our support team for help.
Q: Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not shipped yet, we may be able to update the address. Contact us as soon as you can at [email protected] or call 1 (866) 895-8555.
Q: Tracking says delivered but I do not have my package.
Look around your door, ask your neighbors, and check with your building's front desk or mailroom. Sometimes carriers mark a package as delivered just before dropping it off. If you cannot find it within 24 hours, please contact our support team.
